On Wednesday, February 7th, Up2Us Sports hosted very special conversation in celebration of National Girls and Women in Sports Day.
Up2Us Sports’ Training Manager Alannah Scardino helped guide a conversation with Simone Charley, an Up2Us Sports Ambassador and forward for the NWSL’s Orlando Pride and Evie Morales, a high school student in Philadelphia, PA and a participant at Kensington Soccer Club.
They talked about the importance of girls playing sports, women coaching sports and advancing opportunities of all kinds for all women in the sports industry.
